Description
A traditional Lebanese anise-flavored spirit made from indigenous Obeidi grapes, triple-distilled in copper stills over vine-wood embers and infused with organic green aniseed. Aged in clay amphorae, it’s clear and aromatic, with bold fennel and licorice notes. Serve diluted with cold water and ice; it turns a milky white and pairs well with mezze.
