The Bottle Store: Sales, Returns Policies and Consumer Protections Procedures

Hey there! At The Bottle Store, we're all about making sure you have the best experience possible. Our team of trained professionals takes care of everything from sourcing and storing to packing and delivering your favorite brands straight to your doorstep. We put a lot of effort into making sure that all our products reach you in the best possible condition, with due diligence taken at every step of the purchase and logistics chain.

If for any reason you receive a damaged or faulty item, don't worry! Our Customer Service Team is here to help you out. We'll replace any products that are broken or faulty, as long as you let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. If we need the faulty products returned to us, make sure you keep all the original packaging as received. To help us process your replacement or refund, just send a clear photograph of the damaged goods to our customer service team along with your order information to [email protected] or give us a call on +971 2816 4000.

If we're unable to provide a replacement, we'll be happy to refund you for the returned items. We'll refund the value of the items using the same payment method you used when you bought them from us, and we'll make the payment in UAE Dirhams.

A refund can also be provided in the following circumstances:

1. You cancel your order before delivery by calling our customer service team on +971 2816 4000. Where we have incurred costs due to late cancellation once the order has left our depot (you will be fully informed via the app when an order leaves the depot and is out for delivery), The Bottle Store has the right to charge you to recover the delivery costs as agreed while accepting the order.

2. If you are not available when we arrive to deliver your order we will contact you by phone or email to arrange. If no response is received in 24 hours your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

3. Suppliers may change bottle type, size, vintage and labeling at any point with no prior notice. Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images are correct and up to date the website we cannot guarantee the bottle type, size, vintage and labeling when a product undergoes a change or changes. In an instance where the product may differ from the image, you can request a replacement or refund if you are not satisfied.

4. While we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, there may be instances when an error has occurred and an incorrect price is shown. In the event that we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
