Description
It’s aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. Giving it a pale gold / light-amber hue. On the nose: cooked agave sweetness, light vanilla and caramel, toasted oak, soft honey or butterscotch, maybe a hint of citrus or spice. On the palate: smooth, medium-bodied, with a blend of agave-driven sweetness, gentle oak influence, touches of caramel, toasted almond or light pepper.
