Viura variety and small grain muscat. Its elaboration is carried out separately, that is, we ferment the muscatel and the viura in different tanks after a few hours of cold film maceration, before proceeding to its assembly. Muscat gives us sweet touches that make this a very pleasant wine to the palate. The viura prevents the muscat from turning the broth into a heavy wine, giving it that nuance of freshness.
