Description
A smooth, lightly-aged spirit blending tradition and subtle wood character. It’s made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, cooked and double-distilled, then rested 4–6 months in American white-oak barrels. On the nose expect cooked agave, gentle vanilla, caramel and soft oak; the palate yields sweet agave, mild oak and baking-spice hints (vanilla, cinnamon, perhaps a hint of pepper). Its finish is smooth and balanced — a pleasant choice either neat, on the rocks, or in a quality cocktail.
