Produced by Maestro tabernero Don Goyo Rodrigez in the village of Chacala, Nayarit, Costa de Jalisco region. The agave used is a type of chico aguiar. Distilled two times in papaya wood still, this raicilla is smooth and syrupy with notes of herbs and pepper.
