Chiyomusubi is an exclusive handmade gin from Tottori in Japan. It is made from local ingredients, which in addition to the classics such as juniper and coriander also include yuzu, hassaku, ginger and summer laurel. Fresh and enchanting, and very difficult to get hold of here.
