An Italian Aperitivo liqueur made up of a total of 13 botanicals - predominantly artichoke (Cynara Scolymus) which gives the liqueur its name. Can be drunk neat or with a mixer and can feature in cocktails such as the Negroni in place of ingredients like Campari.
