A rich, bold blend of about 65% malt (Islay, Highlands & Speyside) and 35% Lowland grain, matured in first-fill sherry butts, American oak barrels and French oak casks. On the nose: sherry-sweet dried fruit, vanilla and subtle smoke. The palate offers peat smoke, maritime brine, baking spices and rich fruitcake. Finish: long, warming, smoky sherry-oak drifts.
