Description
This whiskey rested peacefully, nestled in the foothills of Tennessee, while the world around it changed dramatically. As nearly two decades passed, it slowly matured with the ebb and flow of the seasons.
A mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley provides the base for this whiskey’s uniquely sweet, fruity character. Then, each drop was mellowed by the slow charcoal filtering made famous in Tennessee. Allow the sweet notes of cherry and orange to indulge your palate while hints of vanilla and oak compliment it’s long, lingering finish.
