Description
The Gin del Professor 'Monsieur' comes from Carlo Quaglia, a historic Piedmontese distiller, and the guys from the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome, ranked as one of the 50 best places in the world.
The Monsieur edition focused more on the juniper side of things, with a subtle flash of citrus peels. Big ol' waves of oily, expressive juniper notes throughout, with a little hint of lemon peel and elegant lavender.
