This 2009 vintage is made from a meticulous selection of the harvested grapes. Barely 36% of the harvest (31% at bottling) make up the estate’s Grand Vin. Throughout the tasting experience, this refined and well-balanced vintage seduces due to its concentration combined with a superb freshness. While the density and tannic structure of this wine resonate with the 2005 vintage, its soft and silky texture reminds us of the 1990 vintage.
