A handcrafted mezcal from Oaxaca made with wild Tobala (Agave potatorum), distilled by maestro mezcalero Pedro Hernández using traditional roasting, tahona crushing and double copper pot distillation. Offers floral, herbal and tropical fruit aromas with smooth, earthy, light smoke and complex herbal notes on the palate, making it a refined, expressive joven mezcal.
