HORIZON is Alfred GIRAUD's first single malt, produced with uncompromising quality from grain to glass.

The aromatic base is made from two distinct distillates, matured in cognac casks and new French and American oak casks, before being blended and aged in cognac casks. At the same time, a rigorous selection of whiskies is aged in casks of top-of-the-range wines and spirits, such as Bordeaux grands crus classés, pineaux and cognac casks, to form part of the final blend. In all, fourteen different types of casks sublimate this complex blend and give HORIZON the elegance and balance characteristic of Alfred GIRAUD's style.
