Hey there! At The Bottle Store, we're all about making sure you have the best experience possible. Our team of trained professionals takes care of everything from sourcing and storing to packing and delivering your favorite brands straight to your doorstep. We put a lot of effort into making sure that all our products reach you in the best possible condition, with due diligence taken at every step of the purchase and logistics chain.

There is no minimum order value! Orders below AED 100 will have an AED 15 delivery charge. Orders over AED 100 will be delivered free of charge (This promotion is for selected areas in ABU DHABI ONLY).

We strive to deliver all orders within 90 minutes of order placement. Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order to a person who appears to be over the age of 21. Proof of age and identity will be requested.

If you are not available when we arrive to deliver your order we will contact you by phone or email to arrange. If no response is received in 24 hours your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

The Bottle Store does not offer refunds, however, If for any reason you receive a damaged or faulty item, don't worry! Our Customer Service Team is here to help you out. We'll replace any products that are broken or faulty, as long as you let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. If we need the faulty products returned to us, make sure you keep all the original packaging as received.
