Description
Arak Al Zumot is a traditional alcoholic beverage made by distilling grapes and dates and flavoured with aniseed. It is produced in Lebanon and the surrounding region and is a symbol of Middle Eastern culture. The drink has a sweet flavour, and has been enjoyed in the region for centuries.
Arak goes best with Arabic and Mediterranean cuisines such as Mezze, Mixed Grill and any fish dish.
