From vines aged about 20–40 years, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with around 70% malolactic conversion, including contact with acacia staves to give subtle richness and floral aromas. Expect white-flower and citrus aromas, a creamy yet bright texture, and good body without heaviness.
