Isle of Jura Seven Wood is a rich, complex single malt matured in American ex-bourbon and six French oak casks. The nose offers coffee, ginger spice and chocolate, while the palate reveals crème caramel, baked peach, sweet liquorice and candied orange, finishing with subtle sea-spray and gentle smoke.
