Description
Notes of fresh fig, wild strawberry, and white peach layered with lavender/rose petal florals. Taking inspiration from herb-scented coastal French and Italian rosé wines, it has an herbal backbone, notes of orange zest, and a toe firmly on that elusive yet essential line between dry and sweet. Excellent mixed with grapefruit juice and sparkling water, or simply with tonic.
